We have had a busy but very exciting run up to Christmas, with Shows, Concerts, Pantomimes and Parties.

The talent, professionalism and confidence of our pupils and students has been truly outstanding and it has been a privilege to see them showcase their skills. Here is a reminder of just some of the activities our pupils and students have organised and taken part in.

The Parent and Staff Association (PSA) Christmas Fayre took place in November, giving everyone the opportunity to grab some early festive treats and gifts. The community were invited to join us by purchasing a table and the hall was filled with a Bouncy Castle and Bucking Bronco!

On Saturday 7th December we were delighted when Santa agreed to not only visit us in Tonyrefail but to join us for breakfast! This event was organised by our PSA and was hugely successful with each child leaving with a gift, a photo and some festive craft.

The Christmas Carol concert is a much loved tradition at both the school and the community. This year the fabulous facilities of our new hall were used at the school. Following the concert over thirty of our pupils travelled to Germany where they were privileged to sing in the Cathedral.

We have had some exceptional performances this Christmas season with delightful concerts in Lower School concerts and an amazing production of Cinderella by middle and upper school pupils.

As busy as they have been with their studies and Christmas activities the pupils and staff have taken time to remember those less fortunate. All Upper School classes have a nominated charity and have been busy raising money and awareness for them all term. They have even served a Christmas meal to the community through the local Foodbank.

A sincere thank you to everyone for their continued support. On behalf of the staff and our fabulous young people, I wish you a happy Christmas Holiday and a healthy and prosperous 2020.
